Our Service
Ian Lawson aims to provide a FULL service - from conception to completion. In this ever-demanding world, it is this service that draws people to us. That, and our justifiable reputation for providing excellent service at each stage.
Consultation
The first step is to establish what you want - even if you don't yet know yourself! Come to our showroom to see the kitchens and bathrooms we display. No matter what the size or shape of your space, we can find solutions for you. We can work within almost any budget.
A friendly conversation and a few measurements will give us enough to start work on. There are no charges for the ideas, the time, the travel and the design. There is no obligation - and absolutely NO high-pressure sales tactics are used. Once measurements are taken, and some ideas have been proposed, we move on to the design stage.
Design
Gone are the days when we struggled with 2-D floor plans and you were asked to "visualize". Now, we use the latest technology to provide you with 3-D images of your future kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/office - whatever your request! With our advanced design software we create photorealistic visuals*. You will be invited into the showroom to see exactly what you will be getting. Any changes you wish to make at that time can be done as you watch.
Computer designs can be produced as a separate service, without purchase of our goods, at a cost of £100.00 per contract - full colour A3 drawings and plan.
Installation
Once the contract is signed and the goods are ordered and received into our warehouse, an installation date is agreed at your convenience. We employ time-served Joiners with over 20 years' experience in kitchen fitting (which is a skill in itself). We use only the best Builders, Plumbers, Tilers and Electricians, all fully-qualified and who themselves have excellent reputations in their field. We have won contracts on our Fitters' reputation alone. This is a professional team and their skills are reflected in the finish.
If you have taken advantage of our supply-only service, we will deliver your goods to site for you.
Aftercare
We guarantee all our materials and workmanship for 2 years. The Neff or Siemens appliances are guaranteed for 2 years under manufacturer's warranty. Our aftercare is not limited to this period. We are here to help with any problems that might arise in the coming months and any changes you might wish to make over the coming years.
